In honor of the Three Weeks

Standing With Our Soldiers on the Northern Border

Each week, a small group of volunteers drives north to bring our soldiers a hot Shabbat meal, cold drinks, and the quiet reminder that an entire people stands with them.

Who we are

A small group of families, showing up every week

We are a grassroots group of parents and volunteers in Israel who drive north each week to the young men and women stationed along the northern border. Over the past two and a half years, we have provided meals to more than 100,000 soldiers. As the summer heat sets in — and especially through the Three Weeks of Bein HaMetzarim, a season that has always called the Jewish people to look out for one another — we bring hot Shabbat meals, cold drinks, portable fans, and basic toiletries. More than the supplies themselves, we carry a simple message from home: you are seen, you are appreciated, and you are not alone. When you give, you become part of that message.

Lirot Tov — "to see the good"

To See the Other Through a Generous, Compassionate Eye

This campaign is dedicated to the memory of Yovel z"l, a baby whose family is part of our community. Through the donation of his corneas, Yovel brought light to another child. Inspired by his parents and their Lirot Tov initiative, we hope to spread a little more light by encouraging an ayin tovah, seeing one another with generosity, compassion, and kindness—at a time when our people need it so deeply. Together with families from Kibbutz Eilon, we are providing coolers, nourishing Shabbat meals, cold drinks, and Lirot Tov stickers to 700 soldiers from elite units serving in the summer heat in northern Israel.
